Chris Ramos
Chris Ramos is Of Counsel at KJC Law Group, where he focuses on business litigation and trial law. Chris also is a tech entrepreneur, serving as counsel to an enterprise software company that was recently awarded LegalTech Startup of the Year. He brings that unique, business-minded perspective to every case.
Before joining KJC Law Group, Chris was a litigator at three large international law firms. At each of those firms, Chris represented individuals and companies in complex litigation, including class actions. Chris has tried cases to judges and juries, and briefed and argued appeals in state and federal courts. In addition, Chris has experience representing companies and individuals in government investigations and enforcement actions, including against the Securities and Exchange Commission. Chris’s reputation as both defense and plaintiff counsel for high-stakes claims allows him to serve not only as a formidable advocate in litigation, but also as an effective negotiator against all types of adversaries.
Chris graduated from the University of Southern California School of Law, where he was a scholar in the Saks Institute for Mental Health Law, Policy, and Ethics. During law school, he also served as an extern to the Honorable Philip S. Gutierrez, now Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Chris is licensed in all California state and federal courts. When he is not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and traveling.
